すぐにケフィア作りを始めたい方は生のケフィア粒を、保存やギフト用には乾燥ケフィア粒をお選びください。乾燥ケフィア粒は発酵可能になるまでに数回のバッチを要しますが、その後は通常の生の粒と同様に機能します。生の粒はすぐに使用しない場合は冷蔵庫で保存し、乾燥粒は常温で保存できます。
